Refund & Cancellations Policy

At The Reimagined Wellness Co., we value fairness and transparency.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including journals, devotionals, eBooks, downloadable resources, and printables, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
Refunds will only be considered where required by South African consumer protection legislation.
Wellness Counselling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior notification may be charged the full session fee.
Programmes and Workshops
Where a programme or workshop is cancelled by The Reimagined Wellness Co., participants may choose either:
- A full refund; or
- Transfer to the next available programme.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
